DESCRIPTION

Economical priced and industrially built , the Semi-Automatic provides improved productivity without compromising quality. Automatic sensing of the product means less downtime. Because it uses the same labeling head and controller as the automatic range of machines the Semi-Automatics are fully upgradeable. Available in Wrap or Tamp Style, or add a Batch/Date stamp capability , customizable and flexible design means we can build it to suit you .

• Wine Bottle Labelling - front & back, full wrap or add spot labels to pre-labelled bottles
• Aerosol Cans - with label/s oriented to seam, spot, full or partial wrap
• Large diameter paint cans
• Plastic Bottles - with full wrap label - where label alignment is critical
• Poison or Embossed Bottles - with orientation to embossing
• Soft sided bottles - maintaining good control
• Small diameter - Long length (Vertically Unstable) products such as Syringes, etc...

PROCESS

The machine is placed into Run, at this time the machine sits stationary (no parts moving). A round product is placed into the machine and against a product sensor. The dispensing edge is lowered pneumatically and the drive roller s activate spinning the product at which time the required 1 or multiple labels are dispensed.

Optionally, a sensor can pick up, the seam of a tin, embossing on a bottle (Poison) , an existing label, a specific colour on a label, at which time a label can be placed in relation to the detected item. These are just some samples of what can be detected and labels registered to, contact us for specific requirements. Once the label/s are wrapped onto the product the rollers turn off and the dispensing edge is raised for easy access to the product for removal.

• Poison Bottle Detection - The glass / plastic poison bottles can be automatically labelled by detecting the label area
• Embossed Bottle Detection - G lass / plastic bottles can be automatically labelled by detecting an embossed area an applying a label relative to that embossing.
